This full body massage will be customized more to your pain points with deeper pressure and focus in specific areas. Neuromuscular & trigger point techniques will be used by our expert therapists to increase flexibility and promote circulation to the areas in need, providing relief from chronic pain and injuries.

hot stone massage
Reduce stress and anxiety with this earthy and grounding treatment. Using Swedish techniques and hot basalt stones, this warm and relaxing massage will promote sleepiness and leave you feeling dreamy.

lymphatic massage
Lymphatic drainage massage uses gentle techniques to relieve swelling & blockages in your lymphatic system.
Recommended for those with lymphedema, bloating or after certain medical procedures and illness.

ashiatsu/barefoot massage
Ashiatsu massage is a barefoot, deep tissue technique used to provide pressure on the muscles to help elongate them. This massage is performed in a special treatment room with overhead stability bars.
Since the therapist’s foot is broader than the hand, they are using their weight and pressure to target muscles providing wider strokes.
